  夏日,阳光强烈,想要肆意享受阳光的同时“全身而退”,仅仅做足防晒还远远不够,只有抓住晒后72小时黄金急救期,第一时间启动“晒后修护DIY计划”,才是避免惨变“黑美人”的关键!

  晒后修护DIY锦囊

  1.用保湿喷雾或者用毛巾冷敷是暴晒之后最简单有效的急救第一步。

  2.夏季户外活动之后,清洁时应选用较温和的清洁品,而且要用偏凉的温水清洗,水温过冷或过热都可能让本来就因暴晒而变得脆弱的肌肤进一步受到刺激。

  3.晒后72小时是肌肤的“黄金修护期”,在这个时间内及时为肌肤补水降温是关键。选择晒后急救产品时应以补水、镇定舒缓为主,成分也要尽量温和简单。

  4.如果晒后肌肤出现发红、发烫、刺痛状况,意味着紫外线已造成肌肤严重缺水,甚至已经引发了一些细胞损伤和小炎症。除了用晒后急救产品及时补水降温,后续的日常保养品同时也应减少到基本的清洁、保湿、防晒,以免刺激到脆弱肌肤。

  5.暴晒之后,很多女生会迫不及待地涂抹美白产品,这很可能导致肌肤过敏。正确的做法是待到通过急救舒缓,肌肤状态初步恢复平衡之后,才能开始使用美白产品,浓度较高的美白精华最好待到肌肤恢复之后再使用。

  另外,还可以DIY面膜

  西瓜皮面膜:每周两次,可使皮肤细嫩白净。

  蛋清面膜:粘除污垢,紧实皮肤。化妆前做个蛋清面膜,可以延缓脱妆。

  苹果面膜:将苹果磨成泥,加入柠檬汁和少许盐后搅拌,涂于脸上,有清洁效果。

  番茄面膜:将番茄与柠檬片打成泥,加少许面粉后搅拌均匀即成。涂于脸上约30分钟洗去。能够清除老死细胞,深层清洁肌肤,收敛肌肤,对黑头粉刺和油性肌肤特别有效。另外,还有清洁、美白、镇定作用。

  柠檬、蛋酒面膜:柠檬榨汁,加入蛋一个、脱脂奶粉1/4杯、酒一勺,搅匀。涂脸上,约15分钟,用温水洗净。保持皮肤洁净、润泽,适合任何皮肤。因为含酒精,用后皮肤会有些干涩,要搽护肤品滋润肌肤。
