怎样防脱发养护住一头乌黑浓密秀发?

  现在,工作忙碌,人们的社会压力也较大,容易出现脱发、断发增多,头发干枯等现象。这使许多人感到苦恼。

  女人掉发越来越多,每次洗完澡都忍不住攥一下,感觉掌中头发越来越少。脱发是衰老最明显的特征,会带来旁人无法想象的心理负担。但脱发的原因未必是衰老,也许是你的头发“病”了。

  如何解决脱发?

  (1)注意运动和休息,缓解头发压力

  运动和休息不足,会影响头发生长。经常保持适当的运动、放松,周末时,外出散散步、爬爬山,弛张有度,可以促进新陈代谢,促进头发生长,缓解脱发并帮助毛囊重新长出新发。

  (2)按时起居,保证足够的睡眠

  睡眠不足,人也容易脱发。我们不要熬夜,要按时入睡,要在晚11点前入睡。睡前,可以用热水泡泡脚,以利入眠。

  (3)注意饮食,营养全面均衡,保证供应头发

  头发喜欢的营养是蛋白质、铁、钙、铜和维生素A,对头发有滋补作用,所以蔬菜、谷物、牛奶、豆制品等可以缓解脱发。

  (4)注意调解心情,放松减压

  心情长期紧张、压力过大会使头发停止生长,提前进入脱发期。我们可以多听音乐,与人聊聊天,以放松身心,减轻压力。

  另外,洗澡不要太勤,洗完后不要马上梳理,以防止头发脱落。

  从中医角度看,发为血之余,肾主发,我们要多吃黑芝麻、核桃、大枣、山药等食物,以促进身体健康,有助于头发生长。

  药物调理:女贞子和旱莲草

  女贞子补肝肾阴,乌须明目。主治眩晕耳鸣,腰膝酸软,须发早白,目暗不明,视力减退,阴虚发热。

  旱莲草滋补肝肾,凉血止血。用于牙齿松动、须发早白、眩晕耳鸣、腰膝酸、阴虚血热、吐血、血衄、尿血、血痢、崩漏下血、外伤出血。

  可以尝试泡水喝
